Do I need to write code to create a chatbot?
No. The bot, knowledge, widget appearance, lead fields, guardrails, and sandbox can be configured through the studio. You only paste the generated script into the website.
Can developers manage bots for different customers?
Yes. Each bot has separate knowledge, instructions, services, provider connection, public token, leads, and conversations. When a customer contract ends, the bot and its related data can be deleted through the confirmed deletion flow.
How does appointment booking avoid timezone mistakes?
The platform verifies the provider timezone, normalizes offset-bearing timestamps, applies business rules, and performs conflict checks before creating the event.
Will visitors see my Google or Microsoft credentials?
No. OAuth credentials and refresh tokens remain server-side and are encrypted at rest. The website widget never receives them.
Can I connect my own booking platform?
Yes, on the Business plan. Configure availability and booking endpoints, an authentication header, and an IANA timezone through the Custom Booking App / REST API connector.
